Presidency speaks as Buhari cancels appointments, approvals made by Kyari
The Presidency has reacted to the order given by President Muhammadu Buhari to his new Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Agboola Gambari to cancel all appointments and approvals made by late Abba Kyari without his consent.
YemieFash learned that the President had uncovered 150 memos that were reportedly approved by the late CoS without his express permission.
It was also gathered that an investigation had been launched to determine all actions carried out by Kyari without President Buhari’s approval. Also, an audit will be carried on late Kyari’s office.
According to reports, all actions carried out by late Kyari without the President’s permission have been declared null and void.
However, reacting to the development in a text message sent to the Presidential Spokesman, Femi Adesina, declined to confirm or refute the reports.
He wrote: “I’ve seen your text, I’ve seen your text.”
