Army Troops Go After Newly Recruited 100 Boko Haram Commanders
The Army troops of Operation Lafiya Dole in the North East are desperately going after the newly recruited 100 war commanders by the terror group of Boko Haram. This development was gathered from a credible military source on Friday.
The source also added that the new recruitments of war commanders as well as child soldiers by Boko Haram has necessitated the need for daily resources and finance by the insurgents. It was further revealed by the source that the daily desperate needs of Boko Haram has been the reason for the looting of cattle in recent attacks on villages.
The source added that the insurgents have become incapacitated financially while their commanding structures are also in disarray due to the successful blockade of the main supply routes of Boko Haram by the troops of Nigerian Army.
It was also gathered that sleeper cells of insurgents have been tasked to coordinate the looting of cattle to raise needed resources and food times. The commanders have also been mandated to take revenge on the locals that have been volunteering important information on activities of the insurgents which has proven useful in the recent successes recorded by the military over terror groups in Lake Chad axis .
The military has however vowed to smoke out all the criminal elements of Boko Haram and ISWAP in the North East from their enclaves and visit them with maximum offensive powers.
