BREAKING: Ondo Lawmakers blocked from entering House of Assembly
Some lawmakers have been prevented from gaining entrance into the Ondo state House of Assembly, Yemiefash Online news has learned.
According to the deputy-minority Leader and Member representing Ondo West constituency 1, Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Leonard Tomide Akinribido, on Thursday afternoon, Members of the house who opposed the impeachment of deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi, were prevented from entering the house of assembly to attend plenary.
Mr Oluyemi fasipe , an activist in ondo state, said in a statement via Twitter disclosed that the security officers at the gate of the assembly complex claimed that they were under strict instructions to deny all anti-impeachment lawmakers access.
