Ondo Finance Commissioner rallies support for Aiyedatiwa

Few days to primary election of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Ondo State, the Commissioner for Finance in the state, Mrs. Omowunmi Isaac and her support group, WUMI network paid courtesy visit to traditional rulers in Owo, Owo Local Government Area of the state.

In tandem with Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization Foot Soldiers (LACO-SF),the Commissioner also rallied massive support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and mobilized hundreds of party stalwarts for the Governor.

Omowumi Isaac, the first Commissioner from Owo local government area, has captured attention with her innovative approach to engaging constituents, leveraging a mobile campaign and paying respects to local monarchs.

Her visits to traditional rulers in Uso, Emure-Ile, Iyere, Ijebu-Owo, and other areas have earned commendation, particularly from Oba Simeon Adedubaje-Adeyefa, the Elemure of Emure-Ile, who has pledged unwavering support for Governor Aiyedatiwa.

Residents and local mobilizers alike have marveled at the commissioner’s unprecedented outreach efforts, recognizing the significance of seeking royal blessings and rallying community support for governmental initiatives.

The Emure community also pledged electoral backing for Governor Aiyedatiwa in the upcoming election, reflecting the commissioner’s successful rapport-building endeavors.

“We started at Uso where hundreds of supporters matched from Uso Grammar School to Oloba of Uso palace, Oba Ademola Adebiyi Oyinbade

“He (Oloba) was very excited and prayed for her success, the king used the opportunity to thank Mr Governor for choosing the best woman, Mrs Omowumi Isaac for the job. And used the opportunity to assure the Commissioner that Usoland will give the Governor, Hon Aiyedatiwa, 100% votes.

“The train move to Owo where thousands of supportera have gathered at Imade College in Owo and held solidarity walk to the palaces of Oba Ojomo Luda and Oniyere of Iyere, Oba Alaba Ebiyanmi Adako.

Speaking during the reception, Mrs Omowunmi Isaac expressed appreciation to Governor Aiyedatiwa for counting her worthy for the appointment, appealing to Owo people to give massive support to the Governor to pick the APC ticket and win the November gubernatorial election
