The health ministry in Hamas-run Gaza said on Sunday that at least 43,341 people have been killed in the ongoing war between Israel and Palestinian militants.
The toll includes 27 deaths in the past 24 hours, according to the ministry, which stated that 102,105 people have been wounded in the Gaza Strip since the conflict began when Hamas militants attacked Israel on 7 October 2023.
