Ondo accident claims four lives, Including baby
A devastating accident on the Ikare-Ogbagi Akoko road on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, claimed the lives of four individuals, including a motorcyclist, his two female passengers, and a baby.
According to reports, the truck, which was heavily loaded with gravel, lost control while traveling from the Ikare direction and collided with a motorcycle that had stopped to allow passengers to disembark near the powerhouse area. Tragically, the motorcyclist and his passengers—two women and a baby—were crushed by the truck and died at the scene.
This incident, which highlights the deteriorating state of the road, has sparked serious concern among residents and advocacy groups.
