Nigerian actress Juliana Olayode, popularly known as Toyo Baby, has spoken about her deep admiration for veteran actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele, describing her as a mother figure and a highly determined individual.
Speaking on the Oyinmomo Podcast, Juliana highlighted Funke’s outstanding qualities, emphasizing that not every woman earns the title of a mother.
“The best way to describe her is as a mother. There are different kinds of women, but not all can truly be called mothers,” she stated.
She also praised Funke’s relentless work ethic, referring to her as a “workaholic” who strives for excellence in everything she does.
“Aunty Funke is incredibly hardworking. She takes her work seriously and is always focused on achieving the best results in every project,” Juliana added.
