Popular socialite and social media influencer, Oluyemi Fasipe, popularly known as Yemiefash, has been unveiled as the new brand ambassador for Prime Property, a leading corporate estate development company.

Announcing the deal on his social media pages, Fasipe said: “I’m happy to announce that I’ve officially joined Prime Property as their brand ambassador. Prime Property is a trusted leader in corporate estate development, known for creating communities that are not only well-designed but built to last.

“What makes this even more exciting is that I’m bringing my eSwift Property Mart family into this journey… Together, we’re building a partnership with one clear goal: to make real estate easy, approachable, and available to everyone whether you’re here at home or living abroad… This is more than just a business move, it’s a step toward changing the real estate conversation and giving more people the confidence to invest in their dreams.”

Fasipe’s announcement came just a day after he renewed his partnership with eSwift Property Mart, a firm known for its expertise in land banking.

Sharing the news of the renewal, he wrote: “I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially renewed my partnership with eSwift Property Mart… From day one, we’ve shared a clear vision: to make real estate investment not just simple, but secure, transparent, and deeply rewarding for everyone we serve… This renewed commitment marks the start of an even bigger mission to empower more people to take bold steps toward property ownership, create lasting wealth, and claim their stake in a future they can truly be proud of.”
