The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed candidates of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to re-upload their West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC) results.
The directive, announced in JAMB’s weekly bulletin on Monday, affects all candidates who uploaded their results before the official release of the 2025 WAEC final results. According to the Board, previously uploaded records have been cleared from its system to avoid discrepancies and ensure that only verified results are used for admission processing.
JAMB explained that many UTME candidates who sat for the exam with “awaiting results” had prematurely submitted incomplete WAEC details.
To address this, the Board has now mandated every candidate, regardless of earlier submissions, to carry out a fresh upload at any accredited centre.
“All UTME candidates are advised to urgently re-upload their 2025 SSCE results on the JAMB portal to remain eligible for admission consideration,” the bulletin stated.
