• Foundation empowers women, supports petty traders, and raises awareness in the community

• Set to launch Bimpe Safe House Foundation

On Monday, the Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Foundation (EAF), in partnership with the soon-to-be-launched Bimpe Safe House Foundation, visited Lotogbe community in Ondo West Local Government, delivering vital support to women, young children, senior citizens, and petty traders.

During the outreach, the founder of both organizations, Olabimpe Fapohunda, an illustrious daughter of Ondo Kingdom, addressed the community and shared her personal journey with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. She spoke passionately about the years of pain, resilience, and determination that inspired her to begin advocacy, raise awareness, and ensure that others do not suffer in silence.

As part of the empowerment initiative, the foundation rolled out cash gifts to petty traders in the community to boost their small businesses. Senior citizens in the community also received food items to support their daily living. The beneficiaries expressed deep joy and gratitude, offering prayers and heartfelt appreciation for the unexpected support. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as smiles lit up the streets of Lotogbe, reflecting the profound impact of the gesture.

The outreach stands as a clear sign of Olabimpe’s unrelenting commitment to uplifting her people and ensuring that women and young children in underserved communities receive the support, awareness, and empowerment they deserve. The Bimpe Safe House Foundation, which is set to be launched soon, is dedicated to supporting households, empowering women and young people, and making life easier for families across communities through safe spaces, health education , and empowerment programs.
