The All Progressives Congress (APC), stakeholders from Mubi North Local Government Area held a crucial meeting that reinforced party cohesion and grassroots mobilization efforts.

The high-profile stakeholders’ gathering, convened under the chairmanship of Hon. Joshua Atiku, who serves as the Chairman of APC Stakeholders in Mubi North, brought together a broad cross-section of party leaders and members. In attendance were: All State Executive Committee (Exco) members from Mubi North; All 27 Local Government area Executive Committees (Excos) across 11 wards officials of the Local government and More than 50 prominent stakeholders from the area.

The meeting, which focused on strengthening the party’s structure and loyalty ahead of future political engagements, addressed several key issues.

First, participants unanimously endorsed, certified, and authenticated Hon. Joshua Atiku as the duly recognized Chairman of APC Stakeholders in Mubi North.

The endorsement underscored confidence in his leadership and commitment to advancing the party’s agenda at the local level.

Second, the stakeholders pledged their uninterrupted loyalty to the leadership of the APC in Adamawa State, particularly under Barrister Idris Shuaibu, the State Chairman. Described as a “son of the soil” from Mubi, Barrister Shuaibu’s stewardship was hailed for promoting inclusivity and progress within the party across the state.

Third, the assembly emphasized the urgent need to integrate and accelerate the ongoing party membership e-registration exercise.

This digital initiative aims to modernize party records, enhance transparency, and ensure accurate membership data for effective mobilization and planning.

In a highlight of the meeting, Hon. Joshua Atiku revalidated his own APC membership, setting an example for others.

He expressed profound gratitude to the State Exco, Ward Excos, and all stakeholders both those present and those unable to attendnfor their support and dedication.

Hon. Atiku charged every party member to promptly validate and update their membership through the e-registration process. He further urged all to actively promote unity among members, warning against divisions and emphasizing that a united APC front in Mubi North and Adamawa State would be key to future successes.

“I have come back to base to renew my APC membership card as a die-hard party man and I will do all I can to ensure my party wins in the coming 2027 election.” Atiku said

The meeting concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing optimism about the party’s prospects and renewed resolve to work collectively under the leadership of Barrister Idris Shuaibu and local figures like Hon. Joshua Atiku.
