Controversy has erupted on social media after popular content creator Peller and skit maker-turned-streamer Carter Efe were seen damaging each other’s vehicles during a confrontation streamed live.
In a video that has since gone viral, both men were captured climbing onto the roofs of the cars and shattering the windscreens with stones as viewers watched in real time. The motive behind the clash was not immediately clear.
Addressing the incident in a subsequent broadcast, Peller defended his actions, expressing satisfaction over wrecking Carter’s vehicle.
He alleged that the act was payback for previous damage done to his belongings.
According to him, he had long been unable to retaliate despite repeated provocations.
He claimed that whenever he visited Carter’s studio, there was nothing available to destroy in response.
He added that the recent acquisition of a new car by Carter presented him with an opportunity to strike back.
Peller admitted he was the first to mount Carter’s vehicle but insisted it was justified, alleging that his property had earlier been vandalised.
Responding briefly, Carter dismissed Peller’s explanation, accusing him of being excessively aggressive.
The incident comes days after businessman E-Money reportedly presented the car to Carter, a development that has intensified criticism from online users who condemned the destruction of a high-value gift for content.
