Ondo State Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the successful conclusion of the party’s National Convention in Abuja.
Governor Aiyedatiwa who led the Ondo State delegates to the Convention, described the peaceful and seamless election of national officers of the party as a good omen for the administration of President Tinubu.
The Governor also congratulated the National Chairman of the APC, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda and other national officers who were unanimously returned as members of the National Working Committee (NWC).
The Governor said: “I extend warm congratulations to our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and our great party, the All Progressives Congress, on the peaceful and successful conclusion of its National Convention. The orderly process, spirit of unity and reaffirmation of shared ideals attest to the maturity of our party and the strength of its internal democracy.
“I commend the National Working Committee, the Convention Planning Committee, delegates and all stakeholders for their discipline and commitment. As a governing party, moments like these renew our collective responsibility to deliver good governance under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda.
“In Ondo State, we remain steadfast in building on this momentum—deepening grassroots mobilisation, expanding development across communities, and ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach every citizen.”
The Governor also commended the conduct of the delegates from Ondo State who participated at the national convention.
