Adefisoye Commiserates With Akeredolu on Death of CoP
Federal lawmaker, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye has commiserated with Governor Rotimi Akeredolu on the death of his Chief of Protocol, Tosin Ogunbodede, whose sad death occurred on Saturday, January 2, 2020 along Ilesha-Akure road.
Adefisoye described the death of Ogunbodede as huge loss to Owo community and the people of Ondo State at large. He also described the late Chief of Protocol as an embodiment of loyalty, humility and hard work.
“My first impression of the late Chief of Protocol while at the governor’s office was clearly a very impressive one because of his uncommon display of loyalty to his principal, spirit of humility and dedication to duty.
“He was undoubtedly a very nice person and an unassuming political aide of Governor Akeredolu who never allowed his privilege position to get into his head.
“Untimely passage of Tosin Ogunbodede, Esq is undoubtedly a personal loss to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and also a huge loss to Owo community and the people of Ondo State at large. However, we must take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled life and was of immeasurable services to his home state and humanity”.
Meanwhile, Adefisoye has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of late Tosin Ogunbodede, Owo community and Ondo State Government.
“My thoughts are with the immediate family of late Tosin Ogunbodede. The good people of Owo community and Ondo State Government should please accept my heartfelt condolences. It is my solemn prayer that the good Lord shall grant eternal repose to the soul of Tosin Ogunbodede in the pantheon of saints”, added Adefisoye.
