Olofinwadenu Royal Family pays tribute to late Owa of Idanre
Tasks wives, children to have solace in legacy of late monarch
The descendants of late Olofinwadenu axis of the vast Aroloye Ruling Family of Idanre Land were in Owa’s Palace had once again paid tribute to late His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Frederick Adegunle Aroloye, Arubiefin IV, (JP) OFR, Owa of Idanre kingdom and paramount ruler of Idanre land.
The late monarch, who passed on to glory on Tuesday, 30th of July 2024, reigned for 48 years.
Leading the descendant to the late monarch’s family, Prince Aderemi Adewodun, the Director, Works and Maintenance Services at the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo( RUGIPO) and Mr. Ayanninuola Olanrewaju, a lecturer in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology of the institution and Mr. Sunday Olatunde also from the same institution exhorted the deceased family to be of strong faith and keep trusting God to uphold them.
Prince Aderemi Adewodun is of the immediate descendants of late Prince Claudius Ariyo Adewodun also called as Bami Headmaster and Bami Oniduru by his admirers.
Prince Adewodun, who spoke on behalf of the representatives, asked the deceased family to be of good courage and have solace in the good deeds left behind by late Owa.
The prince with other representatives, who participated in a prayer session offered in the course of the visit, had a discussion with the Oloris and children of the late monarch.
He promised that they would be visiting the family and the palace more regularly now than ever before.
