President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday visited survivors of the deadly attack by armed herders on Yelewata, Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
The attack, which occurred last Friday, claimed over 100 lives.
The injured victims are currently receiving treatment at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital in Makurdi.
Tinubu arrived at the Nigeria Air Force Base Airport around 12:58 p.m. as part of his condolence visit to the state.
He was received by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, and Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia.
Also present were Senate Minority Leader Senator Abba Moro, other federal lawmakers from Benue, governors from the North Central zone, ministers, and other government officials.
