The Kamson’s Place, a guest house located at Oba-ile in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, has opened for 24 hours service to meet the needs of people and give unforgettable hospitality experiences to visitors of the Sunshine state.

The guest house, which is less than 10 minutes drive to Akure Airport, is located at Oba-ile Housing Estate in Akure.

While inaugurating the hospitality home, Dr Olusuyi Adaramewa, Managing Director (MD)/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Kamson’s Place, said that the guest house was established to give back to the society.

Adaramewa, who assured a 100 per cent guarantee on security, explained that the hotel contained facilities like a photo studio, a gym center, lecture hall, among others.

The CEO said the facilities was for matured people to contribute their resourcefulness for the development and growth of the society.

According to the CEO of Kamson’s Place, the local food, soup and delicacies will be available to address customer’s health challenges and needs.

He noted that aside the gym centre, there was a photography studio for wedding ceremony, birthday, chieftacy ceremony.

“Kamson’s Place is a 10 minute drive from the Akure Airport and it’s facility driven to promote wellness, good feeding, exercises, and relaxations.

“Every customers will have value for their money because we have tried as much as possible to address some infrastructure challenges affecting hospitality business.

“There will be 24 hour services with the standby power generating set which comprises petrol, diesel and solar power.

“Also, we have arranged an array of young, talented, cheerful, friendly and amiable professionals to drive our processes.

“So, as we know that the hospitality business requires efficient and effective services, our environment is sparkling neat, not noisy or polluted,” he said.

While speaking on challenges facing the hospitality business, Adaramewa called on government’s support to enhance Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMSE) for the better service delivery in the country.

According to him, If the two issues of insecurity and energy power that are almost killing hospitality business are frontally address to a large extent, the country’s economy will grow and expand.

“Another one to be addressed is this issue of credit facility/soft loans because the small scale company or organization are the drivers of the businesses globally.

“So, the moment the issues of insecurity is addressed, power is addressed and some of the related challenges are addressed, cost of doing business will go down and it will beginning to affect SMSE positively.

“USA has less than 20 ministries and when you hear that the economy has grown in one month with the 300,000 jobs, it’s not the ministry that does the magic but the small medium enterprises,” he said.

The CEO of Kamson’s Place, who explained that the SMSE contributed significantly to economic development, said governments need to address critical infrastructure that small businesses require.

Adaranewa, therefore, applauded the president for signing the new tax reform into law, saying it would address some of the challenges facing SMSE in the country.
