Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), Dr Paul Enenche, has declared that the days of terrorists, bandits and their sponsors in Nigeria are numbered.
The cleric, known for his fiery sermons, spoke during a national prayer session at the church’s headquarters in Abuja on Sunday, where he pronounced curses on criminal elements responsible for killings and insecurity across the country.
Enenche described those behind the bloodshed as “agents of the devil,” warning that the same land that had “drunk the blood of innocent citizens” would soon “drink their own blood and swallow them up.”
He said: “Every agent of the devil in Nigeria — terrorists, kidnappers, bandits, evil herdsmen, jihadists, their collaborators, sponsors and those who imported them into this country — I have bad news for you: your time is up.
“Every day is for the thief, but one day is for the owner.
We have been praying and will not stop until the earth that has drunk the blood of innocent citizens drinks your own blood and swallows you up.
“Importers, financiers, and sympathisers of terrorists, get ready — it is your season of judgement.
The land of Nigeria will swallow you, and we shall have a nation where people can freely serve the God they choose.
There will be no hiding place for any devil, no matter how high or low.”
Enenche’s declaration comes amid renewed global attention on reports of religious persecution in Nigeria.
Recently, some United States lawmakers and religious freedom advocates accused Islamic extremists of targeting Christians in parts of the country — a claim supported by U.S. President Donald Trump, who warned that Nigeria risked American military intervention if the alleged killings continued.
Trump had also listed Nigeria as a “Country of Particular Concern” over what he described as the ongoing genocide against Christians — a move that has drawn reactions from government officials and religious groups across the nation.
