Operatives of the Borno State Police Command have intercepted 13 sacks filled with vandalised high-tension electrical cables and arrested two suspects in Gubio Local Government Area of the state. The arrest was carried out by officers of the Rapid Response Squad attached to the Anti-Social Vice Unit following intelligence reports on the activities of suspected cable thieves.
