The Federal High Court sitting in Benin City has convicted and sentenced a businessman, Olabinjor Ajobor, to seven years imprisonment for duping one George Ezomo of 12.5 million naira. The Makurdi Division of the Benue High Court, presided by Justice Tertsea Asue, declined to grant an application to former Governor Samuel Ortom on Monday, seeking to appeal against its ruling.
