The Nigerian Navy said it has begun investigation on how one of its civilian staff members, Ifeanyi Onumaegbu, died. The Chief of Naval Staff, Vice-Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, announced this in Lagos on Thursday. He explained that Mr Onumaegbu died at the Nigerian Navy Reference Hospital Ojo, Lagos, where he worked. A structure among the five buildings engulfed by flames at Dosumu Market, located off Idumagbo in Lagos, collapsed on Tuesday. According to News Agency of Nigeria, the collapse was attributed to the impact of the inferno. Ibrahim Farinloye, Lagos territorial coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), said this in a short statement on Tuesday in Lagos.
