Armed men from Obbo-Aiyegunle in Kwara attacked the Ilejemeje LGA secretariat and some town residents on Tuesday over a land dispute. The heavily armed men fired gunshots to scare residents. Ekiti commissioner for education, Bimpe Aderiye, said the state government had spent N546.90 million as 2024 West Africa Examination Council/ Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC/SSCE) fees.
