The police command in Oyo State says the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is handling the investigation of the decomposing body of a landlord found in his bedroom at Awotan, Apete area of Ibadan. The Ekiti State command of the Western Nigeria Security Network codenamed Amotekun has arrested 19 suspects for various crimes in the state. Residents of Abule Oluwa in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government of Lagos State have appealed to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to prevail on some officials to stop demolition of their buildings.
