Nigerian Army troops of Operation Lafiya Dole in conjunction with Nigerian Air Task Force have killed over one hundred fighters of ISWAP and Boko Haram on Friday, August 21 at Sabon and Tudun Walgo in Borno State.
The massive air strikes were delivered with precision on different
locations of ISWAP and Boko Haram fighters.
It was gathered through a reliable military source that the bombarded camps used to be a safe haven for more than 3000 special forces of the insurgents before the massive air strikes of Friday.
Clearance operation to ascertain the actual number of casualties
was still ongoing at the time of filling this report.
