Nigerian Army troops of Super Camp1in Molai and 25 Task Force Brigade in Damboa have secured completely the Maiduguri – Damboa road for easy transportation of food items from the Southern part of Borno State and from neighboring states of Gombe and Adamawa.
Report from Maiduguri has also indicated that the troops have restored complete confidence of transporters and residents of Borno State to Maiduguri-Damboa road and Damaturu-Maiduguri highway.
Some residents of Maiduguri attested to the fact that the hitherto scary routes have since become the easiest routes in the state for transportation of food and other related items to Maiduguri.
In the same vein, a resident of Maiduguri who traveled on the same routes also confirmed that the troops of Nigerian Army have completely restored sanity and decency to the routes of Maiduguri-Damboa road and Damaturu-Maiduguri highway.
