A Former Nigerian Senator, Paul Wampana is dead.
Wampana, who hails from Adamawa State died on Sunday in his Abuja residence. He was Speaker of the defunct Gongola State House of Assembly during the second republic.
He was also minister of State for Public Health under the Shehu Shagari administration in 1983. He represented Adamawa North in the senate.
He was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
