CP Undie Adie, psc+, has during his stewardship in Ondo Police Command demonstrated an avid knowledge in active and professional policing concept to improve the security architecture of Ondo State and the quality of the image of Ondo Police Command.
The sound of his voice on everything he stood for was professional; the result equalled any turnover that speaks volumes. We have seen leaders who are accustomed to giving orders without demonstrations to ensure its effectiveness and we have seen how CP Adie always stayed in the frontline to ensure the workability of his orders, to power and motivate his officers- a constant and consistent way of demonstrating leadership by example.
His verdict on effective policing of Ondo State made the Command, one with the lowest crime rate in the country, in spite of its proximity with some highly crime-prone States in the country; as he made sure, where there is a crime, there are his officers to break it.
“To lay, observers, it would seem the Nigeria Police are not working to address the problem of insecurity in the country, but I can attest from my experience in Ondo State that if enough Nigerians care enough about the Nigeria Police and turn to it when the need arises, the Nigeria Police will against all improbable conditions secure this Country. And this is the reason my stewardship in Ondo State became fruitful and rewarding.
I must appreciate His Excellency, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, (SAN), the Executive governor of Ondo State, the government and the good people of Ondo State for the support and cooperation I received from them.

May I kindly and unequivocally urge you to extend more of your commitment and loyalty to my Successor, so as to maintain, sustain and retain our legacy as the only Command with the lowest crime rate in the Country”
It is no doubt that CP Undie Adie while in Ondo Police Command showed zeal, professionalism and the tenacity to keep his officers and men above professional misconduct, it is, therefore, our prayers that as he assumes duty in his new Area of Responsibility, the Almighty God will guide and direct his part to success, while we welcome our new Commissioner of Police to the Command
