Ondo State Deputy Governor and the Governorship candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), Agboola Ajayi and Engr Gboye Adegbenro, his running mate, are flagging off their campaign for the 2020 Ondo governorship election today, Saturday September 19, 2020.
The rally which will be streamed live on Vanguard Newspaper online channels and radio stations in Ondo state will be the first grand rally of Ajayi and Adegbenro, a former Commissioner for Works in the state, as ZLP candidates.
The immediate past Governor of the state, Dr Olusegun Mimiko who is also the national leader of the ZLP will be leading the party’s campaign that will be based on issues ranging from the restoration of socio-democratic programmes – free health care, abiye safe motherhood, quality and affordable education in the primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, among many other life-enriching programmes of the past government.
