Chairman of the Judicial Panel of Inquiry on Police Brutality in Ondo State, Justice Adesola Sidio, said the panel received a total of 32 petitions.

Justice Sidio who stated this Thursday at the inaugural sitting of the panel in Akure said the panel would received more with a view to giving everyone equal opportunity to get justice.

Sidio said the panel would ensure all parties that should appear were properly served.

He assured petitioners that justice would be done in all cases submitted and that the panel’s recommendations would be targeted towards the general overhaul of administration of criminal justice in the state and Nigeria at large.
