House of Representative Aspirant, Mr. Olumbe Akinkugbe celebrates Eid with Muslim faithful in Ondo Kingdom and across the country. Olumbe received a few clerics at his residence in Ondo thanked them for interceding for the country and Ondo kingdom in their prayers during the Ramadan. He also thanked them for their role and commitment to peaceful co-exsistence and nation building.
Additionally, Olumbe urged the clerics to continue to pray for Ondo and Nigeria as a whole for the country to elect the right leaders and for these leaders to have the fear of God in their hearts. He also use the opportunity to encourage Nigerians to use this important season to rekindle our love for nationhood, for peace and community development. He said “there is power when people come together with sincerity of purpose to build their community and country. Let us use this very important occasion to seek collaborative ways of moving our country forward in the interest of everyone.”
