APC Leaders Declare Support For Aiyedatiwa

The Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on Wednesday, received All Progressives Congress (APC) Party leaders in Apoi, Ondo East and Ile Oluji/Oke Igbo in his office.

The party leaders commiserated with Governor Aiyedatiwa, Ondo State Government and the people of the state over the demise of Late Governor Akeredolu, they also congratulated him on his assumption of duty as the Governor of the State.

They pledged their support and loyalty to Governor Aiyedatiwa for a successful tenure.

 

Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed gratitude for the solidarity and support shown by the party leaders. Reflecting on the late governor’s legacy, he affirmed his commitment to continuing and completing ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the state’s economy.

Aiyedatiwa said the visit from the party leaders have set a positive tone for collaborative governance and continued progress.

He assured them of his determination to lead Ondo State to greater heights, building on the foundation laid by his predecessor.

The endorsement from APC party leaders solidified the bond between the party and Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing the interests of the state and its people.

Earlier, Chief Fapohunda who led the party leaders in Ile Oluji expressed Governor Aiyedatiwa is loved by everyone. “We are here for him to know that Ile Oluji/Oke Igbo, we are not hiding the fact that we are for him, we will talk about him everywhere”.

He advised him to continue his good works that he is known and loved for, and should not overlook any advise given to him.

 

Ambassador Olusola Iji, the former Ambassador of Nigeria to Togo, who led the delegates from Apoi commended the giant strides that Governor Aiyedatiwa has achieved since he assumed office.

While Appreciating the appointment of Commissioner Designate, Hon. Akinwunmi Sowore and Mrs Olamide Falana, he requested for more appointment of Apoi people in the civil service.
