I am writing to you today as the chairman of the planning committee of the 2024 YFON interactive session and Dinner with the theme: Charting The Course For A Better Ondo State ( A Comprehensive Strategy For Inclusive Governance) which has been slated for 2nd June, 2024. This is to urge everyone to come together and join hands in charting a course for a better Ondo State. It is evident that we are facing numerous challenges that require collective efforts and collaboration to overcome.
The above is in tandem with Oluyemi Fasipe( the Convener) ‘s Vision of “Seeing an Ondo State that works for indigenes and residents of Ondo State, regardless of their status”. It should be recalled that the YFON-P was birthed after long standing influence and interventions from him in addressing and proffering solutions to social issues related to Ondo State using his social medial influence to serve as a bridge between critical stakeholders regardless of their political affiliations, spanning across all sectors and relevant authorities to ensure good governance for all in the state. The platform has since amplified his efforts and proven his interventions for resolutions easier and more highly productive.
As leaders, stakeholders and members of the YFON-P , it is our responsibility to work towards the progress and development of this vision and the development of our dear sunshine state. We must set aside our differences and focus on the common goal of building a prosperous and thriving Ondo State for all its residents.
This is to urge each and every one of us to actively participate in the planning and implementation of initiatives that will lead to positive changes in our state. Let us come together, share our ideas and expertise, and work towards a brighter future for Ondo State.
Together, we can create a roadmap for success and bring about tangible improvements in all sectors of our society. Let us not delay any longer – the time for action is now and the conversation must start in earnest.
Join us in charting a course for a better Ondo State. Let us work together to achieve our vision of a truly prosperous and inclusive state for all.
