Oluyemi Fasipe, Foremost youth advocate in Ondo State, has issued a set of demands amidst the escalating allegations of defamation from Ayomide Amaka, a student of OAUSTECH, Okitipupa, Ondo State.

Fash expressed reluctance but stated his decision was influenced by respect for individuals and parents of Ayomide Amaka.

“I don’t like what I am typing right now, but for the sake of people that I respect and the parents of Ayomide Amaka who have reached out to me, I will fold”.

The demands outlined by Fash include a public apology published in a national daily, an Affidavit of good conduct, and a video retraction of false claims made by Ayomide Amaka on the same Instagram page where the allegations were originally posted.

“These steps are crucial for peace and to uphold public opinion,” Fash emphasized in his statement. He indicated that upon fulfillment of these conditions, he would withdraw a petition previously filed against Amaka.

Recall, that Ayomide Amaka, a student of OAUSTECH earlier, made defamatory statements against Fash on social media, prompting legal action.
