Otedola proud of his talented daughters

Every father will surely be proud of the accomplishments of his children, especially the daughters who will later be given away in marriage. And for billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, he will continue to hold his talented daughters, DJ Cuppy and Temi in high esteem as long as he lives.

The duo brought honour and respect to their dad in a special way, after they stepped onto the global stage to do what they know how to do best.

Temi, who made her acting debut in Kunle Afolayan’s full-length movie, “Citation” in 2020

took the centre stage on the runway at Paris Fashion Week. She graced the catwalk for the Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris’ Walk Your Worth Spring-Summer 2025 show held earlier in the week.

Sharing her excitement on Instagram with a video of her runway walk, captioned: “Empowered”, Temi, who is also L’Oréal’s first African Digital Ambassador, said “Still can’t believe I walked the #lorealparis Défilé Show. Walking alongside so many women who inspire me was a dream come true!”

She expressed her pride in representing African beauty on the global stage, calling the experience an “unforgettable night.”

Temi added, “Walking alongside so many women who inspire me was a dream come true!!! As L’Oréal’s Digital African Ambassador, it’s an honour to show the beauty of being an African Woman to the world”

While Temi was making history at Paris Fashion Week, her sister, DJ Cuppy equally thrilled the quality guests, as she hosted the opening session at the United Nations General Assembly,UNGA, making her the first Nigerian entertainer to ever do so.

Dressed in a colourful outfit, DJ Cuppy captivated the audience at Youth Action Day with a powerful keynote speech that ignited a sense of unity. Her inspiring words moved the entire assembly into a rousing chant, and she concluded the event with a high-energy musical performance.

Expressing his pride on X (formerly Twitter), Femi Otedola wrote, “Overwhelmed with pride as my daughter makes history as the first Nigerian to host the UN General Assembly opening session.”
