NELFUND mourns late Kwara chief of staff
The Nigerian Education Loan Fund, on Sunday expressed condolences to the Kwara State Government following the passing of Mahe Abdulkadir, the Chief of Staff to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
In a statement issued by Akintunde Sawyerr, the Managing Director of NELFUND, Abdulkadir was described as a dedicated public servant whose unwavering commitment to the development of Kwara State was evident throughout his years of service.
His exemplary leadership and contributions will be remembered as a lasting legacy of service to his state and country.
“On behalf of the management and staff of NELFUND, we extend our deepest condolences to His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Abdulkadir family, and the entire people of Kwara State. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this period of immense loss.
May the Almighty grant the departed eternal rest and comfort those he has left behind,” the statement read.
The late Mahe Abdulkadir passed away on Saturday at the age of 73. He was the eldest son of the 10th Emir of Ilorin, Aliyu Abdulkadir.
He was appointed Chief of Staff to AbdulRazaq 17 months ago, following the death of his predecessor, Adisa Logun, during the governor’s first term in office
