Renowned Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, has refuted an earlier post on his Instagram account announcing his separation from his wife, actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia. The singer clarified that his account had been hacked.
In a statement shared on his Instagram account on Sunday, 2Baba reassured fans that the post did not originate from him and efforts were underway to regain control of his account.
He wrote, “My Instagram account has been hacked, efforts are being carried out to take back control #onelove!â€
2Baba and Annie, who tied the knot in 2012, share two children and are regarded as one of the most admired couples in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
