Renowned music executive Soso Soberekon has offered N20 million to support a rematch between controversial artists Speed Darlington and Portable.
The proposal follows Portable’s recent victory over Speed Darlington in a celebrity boxing event titled “Chaos in the Rings.”
After the match, Darlington took to Instagram, alleging that Portable used “juju” and publicly demanded a rematch.
Responding to Darlington’s post, Soberekon wrote in the comments:
“Rematch 20m for the winner. @speeddarlintv you have my number or tell the promoters to reach out to me.”
Despite the offer, a rematch may not happen soon.
Portable previously received N20 million from fellow artist Burna Boy as a reward for his win and has since dismissed the idea of facing Speed Darlington again, instead expressing interest in a new opponent.
