Popular nightlife figure Cubana Chief Priest and talent manager Ubi Franklin have reportedly been involved in a physical altercation at a high-profile event held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
The report, first shared by journalist and blogger Stella Dimoko-Korkus, alleges that tensions flared over Ubi Franklin’s association with music star Davido.
According to her, Cubana Chief Priest allegedly took issue with Franklin’s involvement with Davido, possibly sparking the confrontation.
Another version of the incident suggests the dispute may have been linked to Ubi Franklin’s rumored attempts to secure an invitation to Davido and Chioma’s upcoming white wedding in Miami.
