- Popular TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, was involved in a car crash while livestreaming on TikTok amid reports of a breakup with his girlfriend, Jarvis.
Videos from the live session circulating online show the content creator visibly distressed, crying while driving and making alarming statements, including, “I’m going to kill myself. I’m scared.
I want to die, my body is shaking.” He also hinted at ingesting poison, adding that “the person that’s bringing the sniper will not come anymore.”
In the footage, Peller appeared overwhelmed and was heard saying, “Foolish girl, and they always warned me that Benin girl, Benin girl.” Throughout the broadcast, his phone rang several times, but he declined to take the calls.
Moments later, clips from the livestream showed his vehicle crashing, with visible damage to the front of the car and the airbag deployed.
Bystanders were seen gathering at the scene to render assistance as Peller struggled to breathe before he was reportedly rushed to a hospital.
Following the incident, screenshots of private messages allegedly exchanged between Peller and Jarvis emerged on social media.
The messages suggested a turbulent relationship marked by repeated breakups and reconciliations.
In one of the messages, Jarvis reportedly stated that the couple had split on several occasions, including while Peller was abroad, but that she later chose to forgive him.
