The Department of State Services has arraigned a former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and his son, Abdulazeez Malami, before the Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged terrorism financing and unlawful possession of firearms.

The duo were brought before Justice Joyce Abdumalik on Tuesday on a five-count charge, according to proceedings monitored at the court.

The charges were filed by the DSS, which accused the defendants of offences bordering on terrorism financing and illegal possession of firearms.
