The Akoko North West Student’s Union Government (ANWSUG) has commended the Senator representing Ondo North, Olajide Ipinsagba, for providing free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration slots to students in the area.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the student body said the initiative had significantly eased the financial burden on beneficiaries while creating opportunities for higher education for many deserving youths.

“On behalf of the Akoko North West Student’s Union, we extend our deepest gratitude for your generous sponsorship and distribution of JAMB slots to our ‘jambites’,” the statement read. “Your support has opened doors for countless students to pursue their academic dreams.”

The union described the senator’s commitment to youth development and educational advancement as both inspiring and impactful, noting that his intervention would encourage more students to strive for academic excellence.

ANWSUG added that it looked forward to continued collaboration with the lawmaker on future initiatives aimed at uplifting students and enhancing educational opportunities within the community.

The statement was signed by the National President of ANWSUG, Comrade Ayoola Joshua Ayodele; the National General Secretary, Comrade Orimolade Damilola Paul; and the National Public Relations Officer, Comrade Ayorinde Sunday Olorunfemi.
