Member representing Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye has rejoiced with Muslim faithful amongst his constituents and also assured them that better time await all members of the constituency.
Adefisoye gave this assurance in his Ramadan message to his constituents on Thursday, May 13, 2021. The federal lawmaker gave this assurance in a message he personally signed after performing the lesser hajji in the Holy land Mecca. The federal lawmaker stated in the message that he was not oblivious of the fact that Nigerians were facing unprecedented security challenges. He however, assured that Nigerian security forces were daily evolving new strategies to arrest numerous security breaches across the country.
“I rejoice with the Muslim ummah in Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency and Ondo State at large for the grace to successfully participate and complete this year’s Ramadan.
The grace of strength, good health and perseverance given to us by Allah during the Ramadan must not be taken for granted”.
Adefisoye also urged Nigerians to collectively give peace a chance for
situation to normalize in the country. He further appealed to the youths to shun all enticements of crime. He noted that true development could not be witnessed in an atmosphere that is devoid of peace.
“We need to collectively make conscious effort for peace to return to our country. The youths in particular should shun enticements of crime in whatever form. It must be noted that developmental projects and job opportunities cannot come to reality in any environment that is repleted with criminal activities”.
Meanwhile, Adefisoye has urged his constituents to look forward to what he described as a grand empowerment programme to mark his second year in office. He further assured that the empowerment programme will cut across all members of his constituency, irrespective of their political affiliations.
“Plans have been concluded to roll out a grand empowerment programme for our people. This programme will definitely cut across all members of our constituency. It should be noted that interests of non-party members will equally be taken into consideration during the empowerment programme”.
Moreso, the lawmaker offered prayers that Allah shall preserve
his constituents in good health to witness many more Ramadan in peace and grace.
“I solemnly wish all the Muslim ummah in my constituency
Eid Mubarak. It is also my wish that
every Ramadan shall meet them in good health while Allah shall brighten their paths towards enlightenment and bless them with peace and grace”, added Adefisoye.
