A 200 level female student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, in Ondo state has Reportedly committed suicide.
Identified as Feranmi Fasunle Omowunmi, she was a Political Science Department student.
It was gathered that she drank sniper on Wednesday in her room.
According to a source in the university, no one knows the reason behind her action.
” She took Sniper with Garri. When people got to know, she was first taken to Health center, then to State specialist hospital, Ikare and then FMC (Owo) where she died.”
“Till now, no one knows the reason(s) behind her misfortune” the source noted.”
Omowunmi gave up the ghost before she could be taken to ABUAD teaching hospital where she was later referred.
