Amid Nigeria’s military claim of degrading and pushing back Lakurawa, the terrorist group in a fresh attack at Natseni village, Argungu Local Government Area of Kebbi state, killed two policemen and rustled over 200 cows.
The armed group stormed the farm of one Lawali, located at Natseni village shot dead the officers and made away with the cows.
The heavily-armed terrorists came on motorcycles, rode straight to the victim’s farm, where they descended on the policemen who attempted to repel the attack.
Kebbi Police Command image maker, SP Nafiu Abubakar, confirmed the attack.
He said that CP Bello Sani has paid condolence visit to the Emir of Argungu after on-the-spot assessment of the incident.
He added that a combined team of security forces are on the trail of the terrorist group with a view to arresting them.
He extended same condolences to the families of deceased police officers.
