VeryDarkMan warns Toke Makinwa over criticism of 2Baba’s marriage drama

Social media activist Martin Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has issued a stern warning to media personality Toke Makinwa regarding her comments about the ongoing divorce case between Annie Idibia and 2Baba.

Promptnews reports that VeryDarkMan took to social media to voice his concerns over what he described as an attack on 2Baba following Toke Makinwa’s criticism of the musician’s handling of his private marital issues in the public eye.

Toke had previously lambasted 2Baba for what she called his insensitivity and poor judgment in discussing personal matters publicly at a time of such distress.

In his response, VeryDarkMan defended 2Baba, stating that Toke, along with other women speaking out against him, was unfairly attacking the artist without considering the complexities within the marriage.

He pointed out what he saw as double standards, criticizing the way the public was placing blame solely on 2Baba while overlooking mutual responsibility in the relationship.

He further cautioned Toke and other women joining the critique, urging them not to “gang up” against the artist.

In a message on his social media, he wrote: “Dear Toke Makinwa and others, please leave 2Face alone. It’s not by force. Why the double standards? For me, both of them were never meant for each other. Annie ignored all the red flags; they were never meant to be, she was obsessed.”
