One person has reportedly died in a car accident that occurred on Tuesday around the Soka area of the Ibadan-Lagos Expressway.

The incident involved a Toyota Camry with a Lagos registration number and is said to have happened at the same location where over ten people lost their lives in a crash last week.

Eyewitnesses said the driver of the Camry lost control, hit a roadside culvert, and crashed into a stationary trailer left behind from the earlier accident. He was confirmed dead at the scene.

As of the time of this report, the exact cause of the accident remains unclear.

More details to follow.
