The Minister of Interior, Hon. (Dr.) Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has appointed Omogunwa Olakunle Olufemi as his Special Assistant.
The appointment was announced in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja by the Minister’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Babatunde Alao.
According to the statement, Omogunwa brings valuable experience to the position, having previously served as Assistant Branch Manager at Geminus Hotel, Akure.
In that role, he was responsible for staff orientation, market integration, monitoring sales activities, and conducting market surveys.
Dr. Tunji-Ojo expressed confidence in the appointee’s capacity to contribute meaningfully to the ministry’s objectives.
“I am confident that his skills and expertise will be invaluable in supporting my office and driving initiatives that benefit our community,” the Minister said.
Omogunwa, a graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti with a degree in Political Science, will assume duties immediately and report directly to the Minister.
