The deputy governor of Ondo state, Dr. Olayide Adelami, has sent a congratulatory message to his principal and leader, His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary leader, bridge-builder, and steadfast servant of the masses.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him, the deputy governor noted that the governor’s birthday provides an opportunity for the people of Ondo state to reflect on his remarkable leadership journey, marked by humility, courage, and an unwavering commitment to good governance.
According to him, “Governor Aiyedatiwa has continued to demonstrate exemplary leadership through people-centred policies, inclusive governance, and purposeful development initiatives that are steadily repositioning Ondo state for sustainable growth and prosperity.
“Your Excellency’s calm disposition, resilience in the face of challenges, and dedication to the welfare of our people remain inspiring. Your leadership has strengthened trust in government and renewed hope across the state”
He further commended the governor for fostering unity, peace, and cooperation among the diverse peoples of the state, while providing clear direction and support to all arms of government to deliver tangible dividends of democracy.
Adelami prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, sound health, and strength for the governor as he leads Ondo state to greater heights.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Ondo state, I heartily congratulate Your Excellency on this special day. I also felicitate with the First Lady, Her Excellency Mrs Oluwaseun Aiyedatiwa, your wonderful children and members of your extended family.
