Gunmen have shot and killed a middle-aged woman identified as Theresa Awuhe in Makurdi, the capital city of Benue State. The Federal Government has declared that underage candidates will no longer be permitted to sit for secondary school leaving examinations administered by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and the National Examinations Council (NECO).
