The Lagos Division of the Federal High Court, on Tuesday, fixed February 27 for review of facts in a case against a defendant, Chike Agu, charged with trafficking 364.3 kg of cannabis. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) charged Mr Agu, 47, on one count of dealing in 364.3kg of cannabis sativa (weed).
